THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY FOR 12 PLUS APPLICATION FORM AND COUNSELING FEE.

Refund Policy will be valid only with purchase of your digital products like Old Papers / Books / Question Bank etc.

You can also return the product within 7 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

This order is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

However, digital products can’t usually be returned, as they are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis. This means that the primary way for your customers to deal with any problems is to ask for a refund, or for them to cancel their subscription altogether

12plus.co.in as a education services provider we give our students 7 days of an extensive free trial of our service. Where users can use all services. We give a 7-day trial to the user for the reason if the user was happy with our service they can buy it. If the user buys this service after the end of 7 days of the free trial period, it is taken into account as an informed choice and thereby refund is not applicable at all.

students agree that 12 Plus, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may suspend or terminate his/her account (or any part thereof) or use of the Services and remove and discard all or any part of his/her account, user profile, or his/her recipient profile, at any time.

Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Customer.

The Customer will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
